[x264-devel] Turn OFF Scene Change Detection in x264

Not sure if I am writing to the right email list. Apologies and please 
ignore if thats the case.

Is there is a way to turn OFF scene change detection using command line 
arguments in x264? I have been using the --scenecut
option and giving it a negative number. Is this the right approach?
