[x264-devel] MB-level QP adjustment

Hi All,

Is it possible to set or change the QP value of individual macroblocks 
in x264? My understanding is that x264 supports frame-level QP 
adjustment. But is it true? If so, how can we set or change the QP of 
each macroblock in x264? Thanks,
