[x264-devel] windows x64 question

Maybe we need an FAQ entry about this:

x264 is written to C99 spec. VS2008 is not C99-compliant. Therefore, do not use VS2008 to build x264.

Additionally, I'm not sure you can mix and match libraries built with mingw and VS2008.
