[x264-devel] Rotate video

Hi everybody,
I got video by keeped smartphone of vertically 1080:1960 px rate. On PC
videolan player shows it  horizontally with layout 1080:1960. OMAC shows it
horizontally with 1960:1080 par.
Haw I can rotate video mp4 from horizontal to vertical with resize par to
smaller? Can I do it by mp4box? Do I must using x264 tool?
