[x265] SONAME and shared lib install

Hi Derek Buitenhuis,
Can you add parameters option like "--x264opts" into your patch, for that we can pass the x265's parameters from the cmd line, thanks!

Scratch that, it was because I was using a snapshot
from bitbucket instead of a proper hg clone.
