[x265] Default GOP range: 25-250 frames or 1-10 seconds?

Not urgent, but may be related to VBV and similar decisions some day:

Will you prefer a fixed number of frames as defaults for the min/max GOP  
length, or rather calculate the number from the framerate (rounded up,  
probably)?

The difference between 24 and 25 fps may be small, but there can also be  
60 fps, then there will be a matter of choice.
