[x265] x265 availabilty on site...

Dear,

I tried to access and download x265 aplication but it's not present on site
under this link: ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/x265/snapshots/last.tar.bz2

Whole folder x265 is not on FTP at all, when it's going to be available ?
