[x265] psnr and ssim dumps

Im little confused with usage of --psnr and --ssim.
My intent is to get psnr and ssim value without affecting
encoding itself.

There's warning message popping out if run with psy-rd on.
using --tune psnr seems to affect encode itself.

Solicit clarification how to get psnr and ssim dump without affecting
encoding.
