[x265] Hg gets 2.8 instead of 2.9

I recommend using either the public hg repo (
https://bitbucket.org/multicoreware/x265), or the git repo (
https://github.com/videolan/x265.git).

Are you doing an `hg up` before running cmake again and building?
I just tested on the latest tip of these repos and I get the right version.
