Just FYI, I believe the Polycom i.263 codec is using an older INTEL
video codec. I know of one streaming service that uses this for their
videoconference streaming and archiving, and I can watch it without an
addon in Windows Media Player, or at ALL on an OSX machine. I found a
free i.263 QuickTime plugin for OS9 that works well. Just a thought...

Is it possible to receive h261 video with VLC 0.8.5?
I'm trying to watch stream out of Polycom Video Conferencing CODEC, but
I'll get following error messages, and can't watch the stream.
