I Updated and attached Korean Lang file.

#The toolbar
TOOLBAR_OPEN|스킨 열기...
TOOLBAR_SAVE|스킨 변경 저장
TOOLBAR_UNDO|실행취소
TOOLBAR_REDO|실행복구
TOOLBAR_MOVE|항목 이동 도구
TOOLBAR_PATH|슬라이더 수정 도구


BUT, Some korean language not displayed correctly.

MENU_FILE_VLT|VLT 로 내보내기(V)...
=> VLT 로 내□□□내기(V)....
=> see attaced image
