[Translators] Vietnamese translation for VLC for iOS

Hello,

as private conversation wasn't successful, I'm raising the subject here.

Starting with VLC for iOS 2.0.2, we included a Vietnamese translation from Transifex.

Shortly after, I discovered that the string "ABOUT_APP"="About VLC for iOS" was translated to "Dịch bởi Vietnamese Translation Software", which does not appear to be a correct translation according to both Google and Bing Translate. In fact, it could be even seen as advertisement.
Because of this, I won't include the Vietnamese translation in the next update to VLC for iOS, which is pretty sad considering the success of the app in this country and due to the wasted time by the translators.

Please don't get me wrong here: appreciation of your work can be done easily in the about dialog of the app. Since I didn't find a clever way to compile a list of all translators contributing to VLC for iOS, I just put "Thanks for the translation to the VLC Transifex team". Individual names can be added of course. Just email me and I'll do that right away.

As soon as this issue is resolved and I'm no longer being shouted at in private, I will happily re-add the translation.

Best regards,

Felix
