[Translators] Updated Windows NSIS setup translation (Dutch)

Hello

I updated the Dutch NSIS setup translations again via my unofficial Transifex page. I changed the url to https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/VLC-NSIS-unofficial/

Resources should be updated automatically from GIT.

Please note that the translations are NOT automatically sent to the VLC developers, so you should download them and send them to this mailing list until the VLC developers create a resource for this file in the official Transifex page.

Also note that Transifex treats the .nsh file as a .txt file. You need to change the extension after downloading to be able to use the file.

Hi,
what's about the new languages of the latest NSIS-setup?
Some of the latest translations you'll find on transifex, here:
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/rockytdrs-test-project/
But I don't know it these are the latest files from git.
Please check these files before you will release vlc 2.1.2 !

Hello

I updated the Dutch translation of the NSIS setup of VLC Media Player (see attached .nsh file). Is there a possibility to add this translation to Transifex? I tried it myself with my unofficial test page (see here: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/rockytdrs-test-project/), but it seems we have to use "text file" as input, because .nsh is not recognized (yet?).

Please add my translations to GIT.
