[Translators] german for vlc is ready for upload

Hi VLC folks!

I see you are update the git with the new po files.
I have just completed my german translation for the new 2.1 version some minutes ago
It can be found as usual at transifex:
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/vlc-trans/language/de/

So, please be quick and put it to git, before 2.1 is going online.
so the 2.1 will be complete in german now!
