[Translators] VLC for Android Lithuanian Translation

Hi,
We normally avoid backporting translation commits as it's tedious. I made
an exception and backported this one here:
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-android/-/tree/3.4.x

So the new Lithuanian translations will be available in the next 3.4 update.
