[x265] Adding 64 bit building in MSYS to x265/build in repository ?

Now I wonder how to "correctly" set up an MSYS64 environment. I wonder if
one better should try to install all required MinGW packages piece by
piece, because:

only compiler capable of building MSYS applications is the outdated gcc
3.4.4, which does not support x64 native Windows targets."
There are several guides how to make one. They are all a bit elaborate and
slightly different. I am not sure if I want to take the efforts of trial
and error with my lack of experience if I already have a working
cross-compiling solution now.
